Today I planned to spray my Bonnet Spoiler all by myself. But I pulled my back muscles on the weekend and it's paining so bad that I can't even get out of bed. So having a full recovery/rest day..

carbon Fiber Rear lower strut brace
And some new wheels ( I know peole won't like them but I got them cheap

and they are Rays Volks

Hello, ain't been on here for ages.

Lots of new and exciting plans for the SiR. My dyno day was really bad and found out that it was only making 181.2hp at the fly.

when it should be making over 200bhp.

Had few mechanics check out the condition of the car, most of them said it was the valve seals gone. This made oil go in the cylinders and puff of smokes.

so needed to fit new seals and for that needed to take the head off. And out of no where I found a new ATR head (full head: Cams, Valves, retainers, sensors etc) for only £150.

So now the new plans are to get the head refurbished and put that on the SiR. It should unlock some extra power as the ATR head has a slight port/polish and their cams have a higher lift.

can't wait for that. I will need some sort of ECU to back up the new mods as well so thinking of saving up for some sort of P72 or P28 with Hondata or something similar.

Hoping to get all this mods done before Japshows/japfest so at least I have half decent car.

Anyways, I have got a new Recaro seat which I put in the car yesterday. Will only have one seat as they don't reclaim and I need the rear seats so only one for now.

And here is how the car looks now with some OEM 16" saw blades.

Jay, don't get your car dyno'd.

It will turn out that your car is under powered and then you will feel hopeless and want to kill your self.
