Nice one mate do you recommend a good boost controller :) to be honest I'm not 100% on what went I'm 95% sure balance shaft seal is broke as it dumped 4 litres of oil out after a 15 min drive  but before that it was smoking heavy through the catch can which has lead me to believe the rings have gone/going but I'm not 100% as I'm no mechanic lol

I would take it back to the boys that set it up for u to identify what exactly has went on. Yea I would stick with a blitz or a hks boost controller never heard any bad reports about them.

Go for it mate as long as your engine is healthy and good compression, just a low 3,4,5,psi because that would still give a reasonable torque difference which should be better on track :D

You can run low boost on the stock engine fine. Its all in the tune for reliability.

On half a bar wastegate or somewhere around 7 psi but I presume that boost would of been fine if the engine was not on 150,000 lol

Apexi AVC-r is really good boost controller tones of options, 3 boost settings (wastage ) and then two other medium and high boost set ups. You can have different boost per gear so you can get off the line quickly. also looks the business.

I might have one for sale cheepish if you are interested... ;) ;)
