Cheers Iain :-)

Fogs are fine - still got continuity :-)

Think they short-circuited - as the bloody bulb holder is a nightmare and not surprised if (-) and (+) are touching!!!!

Cheap fuses from Poundland - just in case fog fuses blown ..

Rear spoiler gold bolt (top),
Dosent really go into spoiler hole as thread hole is worn (and too shallowed, something er dropped inside spoiler...)
So,
These wall anchors do-able? Or shall i get BIGGER bolts?

Making rear spoiler brake light water tight ...

Damn!
Too good quality and thick to fit foam strip into spoiler :(

So got some cheap ones from Poundland (again) ...

I wouldn't go using those wall anchors no - you're likely to split the spoiler plastic.

If the current holes have been worn too big, I'd suggest filling them and starting again? Not entirely sure what to suggest filling them with, though...

Not much good those holes - too shallow
Say about 7mm
Filling in might just get pushed out again :-(

Failed!
FAILED!!
and FAILED again :) :) :)

1. Have one of the fogs that was working connected up.
Other fog fitted, but not connected.
Replaced fuse - and NOT worked :(

2. Water test
Seems good, but new water ingress by the boot passenger side where the WHITE vents are.
Gap too big from bumper - will need to adjust ...

Ok
Fixing water leak from boot vent (via passenger side rear bumper)...
Image

Bolts I put in too long hence pushing bumper out...
Image

Do NOT want to remove bumper again!
Last time single handedly juggling bumper on laps,
trying to hook behing number plate,
aligning the FOUR bolts,
AND trying NOT to scratch the side body work,
BELIEVE ME IS NO FUN!

So, bought a BOLT CUTTER - lol
Image

Thank god managed to cut a bit off !

Next
Water proofing...

Cheers Merc!

Hoping to fix those fogs permanently!
Will dismantle them again and SOLDER the terminals in place - rather than rely on flimsy metal contacts and potential for short circuit again!

Ok -
Need to buy a soldering iron now ...
(Wayne searches for cheapest loan online :( )
