its easy, the only issues i had were undoing the bolts that hold the splitter and bumper enderneath the car. rusted buggers

You still looking for a rear JDM bumper Sam? Can't tell what condition it's in and you'd need to fill the foglight hole, but you'd need to paint it anyway...

Well you can get a 4th gen front bumper in a 4th gen. Isn't a rear bumper smaller and a 5th gen fractionally larger inside?
Probably easier to take it off with the bumper bar (4 nuts inside the boot if it's the same as a 4th) and then detach the bumper bar once it's off (otherwise it's a case of removing the light clusters) and then two supports under the bumper and the various arch fixings.
