I think I have the bronze front and rear screens in storage at my mates garage. If you are interested.
Problem with glass is you can't courier it, so will need picking up I'm afraid. (postcode BD10 9NJ)

Where did you get the gaiter from Dan?

One of the few bits left I need to sort out on mine!

Any automotive glass supplier should be able to get the bronze screens, next day. If your current screen is ok though, you'll be able to get to removed and refitted.

There's been a few horror stories of windscreen's being done ATM just thinking of a back up plan it wouldn't be for a few months I'm expecting a quote of at least 2000 to cut out my arches and replace them with cebuls repair panels and sills. Looking for a OEM CF bonnet as well. I've noticed that my bonnet has a slight bronze metallic fleck in the paint would this have been the original colour?

Yep. There's 3 different tints of Granada Black. The fleck has a gold/bronze in it and depending which tint, also red.

Think ill have to get it with the gold/bronze fleck then as it looks really nice with the sun on it. Its only in the bonnet and doors the rest looks to have been resprayed.

Yeah, when I had mine removed couple weeks back they advised me there's a chance it will crack during the cutting process.

Luckily it didn't, but the sealant that was used to fit it previously was shocking!

Give them a call, great guys:

Bristol Bodyglass
01454 201883
07976 780606

£60 for removal and refit (providing it doesn't crack, but Dave who did mine really took his time and did the job properly :) )

Also, chance are you'll need new clips for the surround, they are around £3 each from Honda, or you can buy the whole set here much cheaper:

£60 removal/refit is a good price.

(Will they split the removal/refit over different days at that price, like w1ggz will need for the body repair?)

I doubt it as the time consumed coming out twice and setting up and packing away wouldn't justify it. I think Bristol body glass is who my paint guy recommended. His dad runs a mg restoration business and will be doing the metal work on mine. Quote day tomorrow.
