Seeing as the engine had been started by someone else I decided to check the bearing clearences with plasi gauge. After it was all checked. I decided to finish the bottom end off.
Time to do the top end but as I was putting the studs into the block I noticed that the pistons were put in wrong so the cut out for the valves were wrong so ended up stripping the engine apart.
After that was all done I used some clay to check the valve to piston clearence as well as seeing if the valve cut outs lined up.
