Definitely the sump gasket, or the oil cooler ring leaking down and spreading over the sump?

Erm not sure could be one of the 2 I didnt think of oil cooler ring is that easy enough to replace

Oil cooler ring is pretty easy, yes. A bit messy, but otherwise not horrendous.

There was a how-to guide copied from a US forum, but unfortunately that post has been deleted. I added an update to it though (with pics) so that might give you enough to go on;
