Yeah, unbolting the drop links from the suspension arm is easy, it's the seized droplink to ARB connection that you'll struggle with (Checkout one of my recent posts in my daily thread if you haven't already). So yeah, it will all drop out together, but you will have to drop/remove you back box (that you've only just fitted :lol: )

Well, just tried installing XP on my new hard drive, it won't accept any of my copies of XP :( And besides, I've lost the hard drive support that fits inside the case so I'd still need to stick the 2.5" HDD on the outside anyway :lol: I've got a spare HDD holder, one of those quick release things, so I might install that somewhere inconspicuous so I can bring the HDD inside if I ever need to swap things around. But I need to fit it all back in the car tomorrow now.

So that's that job failed, unless I ever buy a brand new copy of XP, then again the whole point of this 2.5" HDD was to fit it inside the case and I can't do that so I might as well repurpose it.

Just doing a bit of maintenance now I have a keyboard/mouse plugged in then back in to the car it goes.

Left to right: Unused board (audio and USB, but I just use the motherboard connections), the M3-ATX power supply, and Jetways Intel Atom 1.6Ghz dual core board. Perfect for the CarPC, low power consumption and just powerful enough.

New and old. The old works fine so I'll just keep using it.

I can't wait until the days of cables are over :lol:

Gratuitous shot of the table we built as well ;) I say we, I did most of the work in the end :lol:

Twin = win 8-)

It was actually a complete waste of an evening as I spent all evening trying to get WinXP working on the new drive and couldn't, so it's exactly the same machine going back in to the car :lol:

Jay get a pic of the car from far away so we can see the whole car. 8-)

Twin is good, looks a bit OEM and doesn't have the fart can feel. 8-)

I will do Nitin, I've just sprayed the rear spats so I want to get them fitted and spray the plastic sills first before I stick any more photos up ;) I've just lacquered the rear spats. Not the greatest job but to be honest I've never really sprayed anything before, and I can always re-do them at a later date :) The colour seems to be a good match anyway.

Yeah I much prefer the look of twin pipe exhausts :)

I also re-fitted the carpc and replaced the steering wheel cowl as it was scratched, so that's few more jobs done :)
