I had a day off work today so seeng as the car is dead at work i couldnt get on with the air intake, so instead ive had a go at making a centre cap for my alloys this is only to go over the very middle covering the hub nut cap.
so ive cut some perspex to 100mm diameter
Image
used some of the carbon wrap ive got left from doing my roof

added some honda decals i bought off ebay

not sure how they will look on i will see n the morning

I would imagine my mates engineering setup could cut you some of them, if you supplied a template. I'll ask

I have no centre caps for them. We are gonna try and make a mould when we get a bit of time. Try and make a full cap for them. It's what's needed really. Looked at it again today and they look terrible. Nice idea but jobby lol

you could try mg rostyle caps for the centres - thats what i used for my piaa centres - they are a couple of quid each.
not bad on the air intake ;) - still wish nafeman would do a few more of his intakes to sell

wooooooohhhhhooooooooo got her back late last night, he started work on it was gonna leave it till tuesday but decided to work on.
balance shaft seal had popped out completly as you clever guys had diagnosed, who says google diagnosis doesnt work
he has got a few pics for me to upload.
he found that the lower rear cover has been damaged in the past the corner is missing and someone previous had mangled 1 of the nuts holding this cover on, it look like the belts have worn into the plastic cover as well so ill need a replacement, as you can see the belts. he also checked all the valve clearnces so all is good.
he was cursing the auto tensioner moaning about having to fabricate a bracket to hold it, guess i should of told him that first lol
