Actually, they're not at all worn... :?
The ridge on the outside is where the disc has been corroding and bits have been falling off, because the pad isn't using that part of the disc at all :lol: (carrier is obviously really badly seized...)
The next section in is where it's being only lightly scuffed by the pad sometimes and is mainly dissipating the heat generated by the bit nearest the centre, which is overheating because it's doing all the work! :roll: :oops:

I have a pair of calipers (one with and one without carrier) that will need rebuilding, free if you want them... If you're interested I may even be able to give them a quick blast in the cabinet to clean them up... Will need new pistons etc I would imagine...
