Re: davey,s 4th gen Ba8
thanks alot lads, The only site i really be on is an irish car forum, i never knew this existed, i suppose I didn't look to hard lol, but im loving this site, with all the write ups etc, gives me plenty of ideas, its just brilliant. Just ordered some new speaker fabric on Ebay as the rears and doors are getting tired looking.

EDIT: ^^^ Drax, are you taking a dump here?
I like everything about this (except the gold badges!)
Getting shot of the 172 might not have been a bad move. I loved my 182 and serviced it and generally cared for it like a baby... yet in three years and 40k (From brand new) it progressively lunched itself until I cut my losses (Gearbox, Cat, Paint, Airbags(!), sensors etc.)....
Keep up the good work.

As said many times already, great work bud
With regards to the cupholder, have you removed it and taken a look at it yet? If it's suffering from the common problem then it can be fixed simply with a paperclip
I think the write-up is on here.
Found it!...

Great work, love the wheels on it, too - they look good in white IMO.
I'm afraid I'm another non-fan of gold badges though - my replacement front bumper came with one and was promptly removed
(Just checked it and it hasn't been sprayed, it had been properly coated by the looks
)
This is another each-own thing though of course and if we all customised our cars the same, it would be boring/pointless!

Well that's the truth, TBH I haven't stopped looking at the car since I've put the gold badge on, I love it. Getting some stare today driving the car, it must be the badge lol, but yea if it makes you happy then it's the right choice for sure.
