Very nice spec list so far. I have a Benson sleeved block too to build up with some similar items, but higher compression for supercharged application.

More pics please, I'll be following your progress. 8)

And I agree, your English is great.

thank you guys :D but I don´t think so
I saw your thread and your car is amazing.

ok will add more pictures from time to time

big problem was with IC and piping, especially when I wanted to save air condition parts
only reason was to go thru original hole from air filter and put both lines thru

all pipes are made from aluminum due to weight,
battery shouldn´t stay and went into the trunk

and nightmare started spend long time with cutting and velding

Dam that's a nice looking build. With your flywheel have you done any thing to the friction plate bolts? We've have problems with the nut and bolts coming loose causing the plate to chatter and lead to worse if it's left.
This mostly happens on track cars where you get rapid heat and cooling, I've heard of them being wire locked and thread locked but never heard if that solved the problem.

I've put small tacks of weld on my bolt to nut but again never tested.

Hope that helps you in some way.

Very nice!
IC piping is a difficult indeed.
If you have a possibility to weld aluminium , weld as much connections as possible. Silicon couplings will always be a weak point. I will get mine welded in some places too.
Very nice progress !
Curious to see the power its going to make!

O and why did you place your boost senoid so far away from the wastegate?
It will work but those long lines will not help as it takes time and expands.

106pete: I used just glue for threads , which are resistive also to higher temperature (Loctite)
the car will not be used like a race car

gb-lude: yes I did as much as was possible

here is solution, how pipielines go to IC thru front beam, and how is IC mount on beam

I know IC is too small, but I don´t have more room for bigger one, due to air conditioning stupid parts

there wasn´t room for second pipe go from IC, so I decide to upgrade front beam and went through
