Time, wire brush on a drill and the fact that there was no damn rust to remove
its only been in this salt bath nation since feb 2008, as such i found a total of 2x 50p piece area of surface rust lol...
thats enough of that i thought and called bilt hamber.
every danger point has three coats of electrox zinc primer and then at leats 3-4 coats of dynax on top. less rust prone places are either lightly coated or will be examined every year for deterioration.
i used the spray can dynax for the first coat then a brush for the second and my hands for the third. really get it on there and smoothed off.
worth every penny.
this is inside the rear arch where all the chassis bits come together. some danger holes around here. not any more...

and this is the tail end of the arch area. again, id like to see any water get into the areas coated. anything else is as clean as it was from the factory so i couldnt see the point, just yet.
