with or without saying dibs, surely the guy who pmd you first gets it?
he's clearly serious if he even offered you above the asking price, and he was first.
no brainer, or am i missing something?

It is up to the seller if they wish to honour the dibs system. Really though you choose who you want to sell it to, who has cash and can pay straight away would be a factor if I was selling.

The selling guidelines/rules can be found here http://www.ludegeneration.co.uk/prelude ... t4585.html

If you feel that this does not cover any aspect of selling or buying please let us know.

Just do what you want ;) . This isn't Ebay, LG just try and put a few measures in place to reduce the liklihood of anyone being ripped off.

the guy who pmd, afterall when someone dibs the item may be already sold, im sure if you explained to mr/mrs dibs they wouldnt kick up a fuss, if they do then name and shame    offering it to mr/mrs pm is just gentlemany i would have thought :D talking of which, accepting a higher offer is NOT gentlemany but selling at the original price would be good, but then its your choice, its a cruel world
