It is up to the seller if they wish to honour the dibs system. Really though you choose who you want to sell it to, who has cash and can pay straight away would be a factor if I was selling.

the guy who pmd, afterall when someone dibs the item may be already sold, im sure if you explained to mr/mrs dibs they wouldnt kick up a fuss, if they do then name and shame
offering it to mr/mrs pm is just gentlemany i would have thought
talking of which, accepting a higher offer is NOT gentlemany but selling at the original price would be good, but then its your choice, its a cruel world
