Do u no wat make of spring they are and are they hard or soft

Not really sure on make, the bloke I got the car from I broke recently said they lowered by about 70mm, and that they are progressive.

It means the more they compress the stiffer

they become. So slight movement of the spring can be "tame" for comfortable cruising over light road bumps, but when pushing the car around corners and the suspension is under load, then the springs will become compressed and get stiffer

If you have 4WS you might have to make a few alterations with a 70mm drop

I'm not sure about 4th gens tbh, but with 5G a small bit of bumper trimming is needed, nothing too major:
