Trying to fix a 4th gen.

Parts needed:
1. Fan motor that lives at bottom left of passenger footwell
2. Kph jdm Speedo dash in 1 piece from 1995 on so it's all digital. Also can the mileage be reset so I can keep mileage of vehicle accurate?
3. Climate control digital centre console blower unit
I'm going to fix this car up with the thought in mind that it's one more 4th gen back from the dead it could quite easily been scrapped. Be kind with your prices please.
