high level brake light interior trim

having got my hands on a high level brake light i am now in need of the interior trim for the rear of the roof head lining not to fussed about trim colour as i can recover or maybe spray to suit , also being as i havent looked yet would the wiring already be there or will i need a plug with a tail aswell

Hi mate really sorry but I must have binned the headliner rear section for high level brake light, I've looked everywhere and can't find it

now have the surround i needed so another job on my to do list
