All MAP sensors before K series are the same. You can take one from any b, h or d series. F also but not sure for F20c

I'm doing the H23 intake mani swap on my F20A4 and someone told me I need the H23 map sensor... ?

Only difference is mounting bracket. Take the one from your F20 throttle body out and mount it anywhere where you can put it without the risk of it falling off, plug it in and you are good to go. I have that mod. If you want you IABs to work on stock ECU, splice wires from airbox valve.
Also, you have to use F20 injectors and fuel rail.

On the 4th gen the MAP sensor is bolted to a bracket on the firewall. On the 5th gen the MAP sensor is mounted on top of the throttle body. Since you have a 4th gen the MAP sensor is not on the intake manifold so you should be able to use your existing one.
