Don't want to be a gentleman's sausage but drokking hell this stuff is all over the forum and has been covered a multitude of times.
Look at Merlin's thread for NA.
Nuc's and Ratty's thread for SC/FI.
General searching on here.
US forums have probably the most comprehensive info.
Google/Bing/duckduckgo/startpage/Yahoo.
S300 gets mentioned a trillion times per tuning thread.
If you've not bothered to even look into socketing then why are you blindly requesting ECUs?

I must admit, this whole socketing lark is pretty wierd and new to me. Im used to plug and play standalones.
The easiest thing looks to be hondata and converting to obd1 as it does everything u can do with a standalone on other marques.requires u to send your ecu off though

Before you go spunking cash first find out who can tune the ECU. Chrome tuners are few and far between.

Theres a tuner over here called kgp something
He makes honda and vauxhall race engines for those irish rally nuts lol
Guy im buying the ecu off had it mapped by him and was asking him
stuff before about an NA build.
Also he built something i cant remember but was imprrssive, like a massive bhp b series facing the wrong way to run a k20 tranny... something like that lol
