Just on the off chance, does anyone (Presumably breaking a black 5th gen) have a non dented, non rusted, non scratched bonnet they'd do a swap for my twice-dented stone-chipped bonnet and some monies?

I'm not sure of the paint code off hand, but will check.

The ideal canditate will be within 30 minutes of me and help me do the swap in situe ;)

@honda-hardy, did you go for @lude-dude's carbon bonnet in the end?

Yeah, that's why I didn't take it at the time. My extension had been filled with 100mm and 50mm Celotex and plasterboard that was soon to be fitted. Not the perfect environment for re-laquering a bonnet

Probably a bit uneconomical to swap for mine

Besides, mine has a slight deformation where some goon ran over it. Although judging by how clean Nafe keeps his cars... I'd bet no one would notice :P

Buy one bonnet, get a spare 5th gen free...

(you never said the bonnet had to be gloss black ;) )
