Thanks for the link

Need to find them second hand really- £40 is a bit rich given it's not a straight fit...

 Put new ones in your 4g and then you have a free used set to butcher for the atr? :?

The inserts are a great mod & make a great improvement- hence why I want similar on the ATR

Looks like my best budget option is going to be tiger-sealing my ATR front mount. Wonder why ES don't offer ATR specific inserts?

ES are a US company and the US didn't get the ATR. I tiger sealed the mounts that didn't have inserts when I used OEM mounts and while I think the tiger seal is better than nothing it isn't as good as the inserts. But that may have been the grade of Tiger Seal we used.

That will explain it. I have always rated THE ES inserts. They restore/improve on even the most sh*gged mounts without the need to shell out on new ones.

Previously fitted them to my ITR & the track car with excellent results. Decisions....

Just got PA to fit ES front mount on my ATR. It came from an ATR but one which had a Prelude front mount for some reason (they aren't a straight fit either). It did need some chopping to fit, but oh my it is an awesome little mod, don't know if it a placebo effect, but gear changes feel so much smoother and responsive.

You got it!! Made a huge difference to my BB1 track car. Better throttle response & far snappier gear changes when giving it some...

I might pick the brains of our local H22 guru then...
