It's a common misspelling of Llama, Llama being Norfolk non-rhyming slang for Lost Motion Assemblieshonda-hardy wrote:What are lma's?

get in your car, pop the bonnet start the engine (important !!!! leave the car in neutral with the handbrake on) get out the car lift the bonnet (remember to prop open the bonnet don't want it falling on your head!!) look down the gap between the inner wing and the engine (cambelt side that's the passenger side of the carbristol_bb4 wrote:How can i go about checking that lol??

Now you can increase the engine revs by finding the throttle funnily enough its on the side of the throttle body you can imitate putting your foot on the accelerator by turning the pulley that's attached to the throttle body attached to the accelerator cable whilst listening for the knock and watching the pulley
happy to help

Or...
Drive over to Ted at the weekend, give him a good pound of meat, point at your car and tell him you think you've broken it again and he'll tell you what's wrong?
btw if this was started by a speed bump incident, then unless the sump has taken a knock (which would show by a massive dent/scrape/crack on the bottom) then my money is anything BUT the insides of the engine!
Is the front cross member bent? The front/rear stiffener under the engine? The downpipe bracket on the back of the engine broken? Etc. Etc.

Lol merc your such a helmet, no wobbleage on the pulley
The knocking goes when on vtec
My traction bar has a small scrape but the sump is fine, it deffo deffp sounds like the knocking is inside the engine but its super hard to tell weather its from the top or bottom, like i said it drives perfect with no warning lights etc
Baffled
