I'm pretty sure all of the 3rd gens with cruise control have the same switch, especially since the (EDM) part would stand for European domestic market. Maybe @wurlycorner can help you out? I'm sure he has one in his many boxes

My car is 3ｒｄ gen PRELUDE(1991) with POP UP HEAD LAMP.

Or the red and orange ones
Just trying to gather which shape it is

It is happy if you have it (integral with the sun roof switch) and can hand over the rear fog switch.
