I had them on my old ford xr2i, good grip in wet and dry from what I can remember, I currently have Uniroyal Rainsport 2 all round they are awesome

bit pricy though.

I had T1Rs and I found as the tread decreased wet grip suffered. Might sound logical but I was surprised how poor it was. Taz has a good shout, the Rainsports are rated by many on here and the wet grip is meant to be sexy. Only £75 ea. in 215/45/17, 78 something in 225/45/17 from camskill.
Falken FK452 seem to be alright from the reviews and I think @Merlin had or has those on his track car not so long ago? Bit more expensive than the Rainsports from camskill.

I ran T1-R's for a while on the red lude (@bristol_bb4's got them now) and found them great in all weathers... Except snow. Bud having experienced Rain Sport 2's as well, if they were the same price I definitely go for the Uni Royals.

You can get 4 barum bravuris 2 fitted for £287 through national's eBay shop. Got them on my lude, no complaints at all and I've been through some pretty terrible weather in it this winter. Well reviewed tyres.
