Lude Generation

Trying to find a guide to make a photo into something I can cut out as a sticker. Obviously there is far too much detail in a photo so I need to strip out a lot of it but still leave enough so you can tell what it is

Basically something like this



I'm really struggling to get anything that I can make usable as even silhouetting it leaves too much detail to be cut out
