Shitty-link are useless lol, I've had bad experiences with them in the past

I started a thread on PUK dedicated to warning people about how jobby Shitty-Link actually are. I've never arranged a collection/delivery with them before, but I've had delivery attempts from them. Every single time I've had
MASSIVE issues! One item took 3 months to finally get delivered to me. Many other members had had very bad experiences with them too. They are so unorganised, run by automated machines that they darn't override manually (even though they could!) and their policy suck big time!
My hat off to you Newkid

Really? citi-link were telling me on the phone it would need to be rebooked hence the reason i took the drive to the depot, i'll know for the next time if it happens again.
And I was told a lot of things from numberous members of staff whilst trying to track down the last thing they lost for me... Only to be told by their superior that they were all wrong to tell me that
