Before I start on a rant, I'll just explain my case, I'm a amateur photographer, I am still learning the art of taking great pictures and mostly i take pictures of drift cars in full fight
an example pic of mine
Or my full website is
http://www.ammophotography.co.uk
Now I do not charge for my pics, as they appear on my website, if people want HI-res ones, all I ask is beer tokens if they feel like it
So I see these pics on Facebook, £10 for a print, £5 for them on CD
Am I a mug or do people really pay for that crap?

seriously mate i did that track day at cadwell and my mate paid £35 for a cd of mostly of out focus pictures! he's a knob so i laughed, but still!
photography is a bit flooded atm as with the advent of fairly cheap equipment most people can take an ok photo and as it digital its a case of delete the not so good ones rather than develop them etc which costs money.
i know the picture u take are good but some people take crap ones and think the same

Your picture looks great mate, I've always been in awe of those with photography skills as mine are pretty limp
Sucks to see other people profiteering of off crap, but at least you can take pride in your work and I don't really think you can put a price on that

I'm not saying mine are excellent, but come on! another one of his

They would all have been in the delete pile, I've deleted better pics than that tbh

It's nice he's included parts of the fence, maybe that's why he cuts bits of the car out the frame, to compensate

Maybe you should message all his friends on his FB and show them what a real photograph looks like

And then point out your pricing too
