Grrrr...car dumped outside my house!!

Post by Carlosfandango » Sun Jan 04, 2015 6:13 pm

Some kind soul has dumped a blooming car on my house parking space! Because it's communal parking area I doubt I can do owt about it
Have reported it to the DVLA...as the numberplate comes up as unknown ?! And also to my council. As I said because it's not on the road, I doubt I'll get any joy from 'em! Buggeration

The reason behind my logic of its abandonment is the flat tyres and no rear number plate!

What about the police on 101?

As it's on private property, would imagine it could be classed as trespass and they may be able to remove it? It could be a stolen vehicle.

I'm not sure our communal parking, although spaces are assigned to each house, is classed as private  Will give 'em a bell in the morning though 8)

Although communal, it is still private land as it belongs to the properties.
