A person who believes it is their destiny to stamp out all spelling and punctuation mistakes at the cost of popularity, self-esteem and mental well-being.
It does affect my mental well-being.
I left school believing that I was rather thick and not very well educated.
For 30 years I believed this......................until I got the internet.
F*ck me, was that an eye opener!! :suicide:

 I do agree with you though Pushki, I'm a firm believer that idiots are holding us back as a species and we need to stamp them out at all costs (education being the best way forward I'd have thought  ).

That presidential candidate Rick Santorum guy in the US:
http://thedailywh.at/2012/02/26/santoru ... the-day-3/
“President Obama wants everybody in America to go to college. What a snob,” Santorum told an applauding audience. “There are good, decent men and women who work hard every day and put their skills to the test that aren’t taught by some liberal college professor.”
What a jackass :guns: The problem is, ideas like that get the votes!

I thought I deleted that "s" And I always use smilies for full stops and commas ;-)

My grammar has been suffering a bit recently though it seems... I blame this stupid keyboard!

I'm just playing with you Nafe. ;)

The ones that really do my nut in are the txt spk.
I never learnt this at school and I don't have a mobile phone. It takes twice as long to read as normal text.
Lazy f*ckers!! :troll:

I completely agree with the text talk. Does my nut in! I've come across so many ebay adds filled with it, and in some cases I've literally not been able to work out what they're saying! Needless to say I lost interest in whatever it was they were selling

I've found that it's actually the likes of forums and ebay that has helped improve my grammar! :geek:

I agree! Without the internet there are very few instances where I have to write anything.
The chellspecker helps too. Even me.

I did that on purpose, before you say anything. ;)
