Yeah I recon I'm going to have to do it myself then. Got a 50 tonne press at work and I can get the stamp laser cut, so I think that's my best and cheapest bet.
Going to Youtube it later, but it's not much more complicated than just need a negative to press into right?
Cheers for looking into it anyway Phil

you need 2 halves of a die. it maybe easier to make a fiberglass panel.

can you remove the panel?
personally i would make the letters out of aluminium and lay them on the panel. then get some thin clear perspex. get a heat gun and melt the sheet to form the shape of the letters and let it form over the panel edges too. then remove the perspex so you have a smooth negative.
you then have two options.
trim the perspex and paint the inside to the colour of you choice. like a remote control car body.
or fill it with resins and do a carbon weave on the inside. being clear, as long as you got rid of the air bubbles it should look mint

Yeah I'd certainly need a male and a female mould to emboss it, but definitely want it in sheet metal. I'm not a body expert (Except for with the ladies
), but I'm imagining a rectangular shape cut out and an identical shape with embossed letters welded in place and the welds ground down smooth.
Unless the whole panel is carbon fibre I wouldn't consider it and I don't want to blending fibre glass in either.
