its only the one badge the other is the prelude badge

and its only on the front so they can see it as i appear in the rear view

A miniature Schnauzer. It's about the size of that French Bulldog.

Pretty sure it is a French bulldog. A Boston Terrier is this (a smaller head, less muzzle wrinkles and commonly black and white)
