I can only assume that was written and checked by work experience!

And going by that standard of criteria, not one of those rooms has a light in it!

Also there's stairs up to the upper floor... But no stairs back down again

I'm assuming a mature garden means overgrown too.

This isn't even the worst I've seen, one agency asked me to bring a lightbulb because there were none in the flat. Promptly cancelled that viewing.
