Should think a double whammy like that and purely using a leg brace will be in the region of 8-12 weeks to return to semi normal use? No football for 6 months min I would guess.

No, not had an op yet, I've been advised that it's 2-3 months till surgery, then 6-12 months rehab after that.

The brace allowed me to drive yesterday, so it's not all bad. :vtec:

Have they given you anything prescription at all?
