For the MOT there is a simple solution(provided you don't want ABS) There is a very nice member on here that fixed mine.
No Names no pack drill as we used to say in the Army.
I have kleptomania,
But when it gets bad,
I take something for it.

Rewire the light to come on with the battery warning light, that way it comes on and goes off with the ignition.

I've had a similar issue. ABS light has been on for a month or so and I had my mot the other day...despite fixing the issues it came back on 10 mins before it was going in. Turned it off and it stayed off...until the other day when it came back then went off again within a couple of hours. A friend of mine said to wire it to an airbag light or similar but in all honesty, its got an mot now so I dont care if it comes on!

I found this few days ago, while trawling the interwebs --> http://honda-tech.com/honda-prelude-4/a ... s-2830570/

Might have a go at it, but if there's an easier fix as stated think I'll go that route for now, and who needs ABS anyhoo :?
