Agreed.
Why does this drokking work malarkey have to get in the way and spoil everything :x

Also, I didn't realise you actually did sail, sailor. Is it only occasionally on hold like that, with a hire boat, or do you have your own as well and sail more frequently? (and if so, what, where?) :D

A group of us used to charter years ago until a friend bought his own yacht. We cruised this one anywhere between northern Spain and the Lofoten Islands.

The J160 in the photo is his second boat, built in Rhode Island about 15 years ago. Bringing it over here was a brilliant adventure. Since then, it's been back across the Atlantic a couple of times and cruised extensively in European waters. We also raced it for the first 10 years but after a non-stop Round Britain and Ireland, decided to concentrate on being comfy.

(I'm reliably informed that Donald is the one on the extreme left...)

This is the colour version taken a few moments later, in case anyone thinks I'm trying to pass off some old random B&W image found on the net... :?

(Different angle, but Donald is still on the left)

To be fair the first one is pretty accurate... other than the flamingo shorts my wardrobe is black, white or grey

About the same size too.
