Polybushing is the way of the wise

You will now want them ALL done and so you should. Its like a plastic surgery facelift for the suspension and no mistake...

Your not wrong there, it is on my list of "must do" this year, but unless someone buys my other car, I feel it may have to wait till I'm back in work after my next op on my hand

Funnily enough I did ask them about that, and they said an emphatic "NO" :o

Tbh, the old front bushes weren't actually that bad after 19 years and 57,000 well at least the inners weren't, the outer on the other hand were starting to crack, I've still got creaking from the front suspension, but think I've narrowed it down to the top mount or top spring cushion possibly because I rushed fitting the front spring/dampers last years so will have to re-visit them at some point...

Indeedy... I had a quick look at them while it was on the ramp On Friday, and It looks like the front springs aren't quite seated right, at the top in the rubber, but may well bin them for some Poly ones, when I can as I expect their getting tired like the rest of the bushed by now... it's a PITA, but at least I'm not using the car much at the mo' so isn't to annoying :x

This year was going to be the get the Lude sorted year, but what with being a one armed bandit atm, I'm fubarred till I'm better... oh well better go and enjoy the sunshine while I can

Today I was expelled from an exam and had to finish in another room and lost time. Luckily I still finished within time. Apparently criticism is a one way street when it comes to invigilators.
