I'm off for two days

Can finally post some useful things on the forum (or just spam)

I was wondering, is it hard to change the window sills (weather strips)? the ones that perish over time and start to peel off and revealing the metal bit inside..

Part 3 and 4.

I remember someone saying that you have to take the inner door panel off and wind your window down? Is it hard to change the strips.?

It's easy nitin, but be prepared with new clips. Yeah door card off, window down, can't remember if you need wing mirrors off, I think I did to make it easy. You just have to brute force it really.

Send me a pm/WhatsApp tonight and I'll find the eBay link for clips. I have some good nick ones (trims) can take off my breaker at some point if yours are properly goosed.

As Donald states, it does require a bit of force to remove them but it's not too bad and the job is easy, just takes a bit of time taking the door apart first. I think I broke/damaged 1 or 2 of the clips on mine but I either got some from Honda or didn't bother sorting them as the others hold it in place solidly anyway.

Yep, lower the window and just yank them up and they come off. You should remove the mirror otherwise you'll scratch the paint trying to wangle the old one out/new one in.
The clips will break.
If you buy new seals from Honda they come complete with clips anyway. If fitting used seals, buy new clips.

Today I had a play with Movie Maker. I managed to get 3 hours of dashcam footage down to half an hour. Took bloomin ages and ended up with a bigger file size than I was expecting.

The hardest part is knowing what to cut. I expect when I look at again in a few days, I'll wonder why I kept any of it!
