if your firing a 50 cal 46.7gram armor piercing round at 2799fps at a target roughly 12 inches by 6 1.5 miles or 2.414 km away and 300ft below the shooting position with an east west cross wind of 15mph at the firing position and a west east crosswind of 25mph at the target with a temperature drop of 2 degrees across the distance between the shooter and the target. what adjustment would the shooter make for a moving target.

Insufficient information.
You mention the direction of the crosswinds but not the direction of the target in relation to the shooter.
Other than that, if the wind shear/reversal equates to a 40 mph differential over only 1.5 miles, the chances are that the weather is truly sh*tty and the shooter's adjustment should be to go indoors for a bacon butty and a large malt.

I could give you exact coordinates
but lets say the target was northeast of the shooter and the weather wasn't shitty but the difference in wind shear was caused by geological formations at the target site
but I have also omitted the altitude of both the shooter and the target, The targets altitude is 950 feet above sea level

Hey all, it's been a few weeks since I've logged in here.. I hope you're all well
Couple of things to tell you - I finally have a new job! I am now the manager of a local doctor's surgery - pretty chuffed about that.
And secondly, because of this new job, I wanted a POS commuter car that I can drive to work every day and leave it wherever I like without having to give a second thought to someone accidentally/deliberately denting or scratching it.. if I drove the 'Lude there every day I'd spend all my time worrying about it's safety.
So I bought this Mk3 Astra 2.0 8v SRi half a mile from my house, for £150 and it has 7 months MOT. It's a wreck, it's perfect.

I got an insurance quote off of Chaucer (who insure the 'Lude) and they wanted nearly £900
..all because my NCB is with the Honda. What a drokking scam. Compare the Meerkat got it down to £300 and change, with zero NCB, so I'm happy with that.
Now I'm thinking about painting 'Roundabout Reeducation Team' on the side and proceed to smash into every kebab who can't use a sodding roundabout properly! Cut me up at your peril! hahaha
...but you know what? The absolute worst thing about the Astra is that everything works and it's lovely to drive

The Engines in those are good.
Not at all refined (quite rough sounding and a bit harsh on the vibration side of things) but they're an old-skool engine, so they have loads of guts and last well.
Way, way better than the Ford CVH and Zetec engines of the same era...

Retrieved it ok yesterday, but...

We are not friends...

From memory, I'm pretty sure the bracket for the intermediate drive-shaft bearing is part of that section of the sump (not been under to check yet) so that adds to the amount of work needed when replacing it
On the bright side though, it didn't actually leak any oil when I started it up and moved it yesterday evening
maybe I should not bother fixing it???

EDIT:
yep...

drokking great lump to change!
Holed top left of this (to the right of the dipstick tube). So actually it is where the big ends churn around

Easily available on-line for £250...
Think I might try and pick up one cheaper than that or a complete used engine instead!
Or... As Phil said, get my current one welded!

We are not friends...
