FRM is fibre reinforced material which is a low friction coating that is put on the h22 engine sleeve. It gives the h22 low friction and wear but what it does mean is that a 'normal' forged piston will chew up the bore as it would not expand at the same rate as the piston sleeves which was why a h22 block needed have cast iron sleeves before you can put a forged piston in the block. Before Mahle introduced the Gold Series piston....
I'm using a Turbonetics T3/T4 which is really responsive on the H22 and can make good power too. I'm sure that I have seen these turbos make well over 400bhp.
Injector wise I'm using the Mitsubishi DSM/eclipse 450cc injectors that fit pretty much straight on the h22, I'm not maxing out my injectors yet, not sure what duty cycle I am running though.

No, he's bailing.

Haha.
Im going to do it in a 5th gen prelude. Not many have been done in the UK!
Im aiming on high boost, to be at the 400bhp mark or close. So ill see what i need to do to achieve that. Other then that, its not that difficult to boost it. Ive been getting prices today on parts!
