Those are standard wheels for the Type-S. People have lowered car's on here and most of their 4WS works

I hate to say this but bonnet bra is a bad idea. I'll still use it when I go for a long motorway journey but for town driving it's really bad. Gets all the dirt trapped  but for motorways it's good for not getting any stone chips.

Merlin on here has his car on 16" (when he goes on the track) and its lowered on coilovers. That's the first name that came on my head first.. 8-)

They definitely are 16s, if you're talking about the blades. I checked on mine. My 4WS is broken, but I'm dropped about... 40 or 50mm? I don't remember what the previous owner said. Either way, it seems like it might be a bit low. I would start something higher than there and then go down until it gives you a bit of scrape, then back up a bit. If you have time for that much testing~

If I remember correctly, if your lowered to some height then you have to cut a little tab from the rear bumper. Not sure where as I never had 4WS problems coz I has ATTS.

Get some OEM Motegi wheels, they fill the arches fine and look great lowered. Here's a pic of 3 5Gs with different wheels and all are lowered. ;)
