What do people think are the most benefical? I want to lower my 99 auto 5th gen but not sure what to get?

Most beneficial? Coilovers if you have the cash, but decent shock and spring combos do come up for sale now and then. A few members have Koni shocks and after market springs (Eibach, Tein etc..).

Coilovers are obviously better, depends on your budget.

A friend of mine has put tein coilovers on his civic and it improved his ride immensely. But with that comes the price as always :roll:
