What transmission fluid do people here in UK use, I've heard gm syncromesh is the best on a 20 year old gearbox but only seem to get from the States, and can't find the old honda stuff anywhere only the new stuff and apparently it's no good for the old hondas, any recommendations of any UK brands th...

I found this one and the code p5k is the same but the numbers starting sh are different in hoping this is due to it being a 2000 model and mine being 1997
