P13 ECU can be remaped. I have done this my self. With nice results for my JDM h22A 470CC injecktors and E85.

Jup. mainly the AC compressor is a pump that it pumps an compress the refrigirant in the AC system and it is located directly under the Alternator and it uses the same belt.
