I looked at the car tonight after work, the inner arches mainly seem ok. There is a lot of rot up to the toe arm after that it looks solid. The outer is pretty buggered though. I felt the inner sill through a hole a I could feel the wax coating so I am hoping its good inside. It wouldn't be too bad ...

The arches and sills are much worse than I realised. I suppose a lot of it would be dependant on how corroded the inner sill were. :?

I had a look through your post the other day and realised that there are three compartments to the sills. Hopefully I can get the car back in a few days...

I think ratty is right with them not wanting the work, I will be sure to let people know if they have over priced it though.They are probably onto quite a earner having lower skilled/paid people clean and wax seal while the welder is booking a few hours here and there for the odd hole. I suppose its...

Well rustbusters only deal with the repairs and the underside so finishing the outer of the bodywork will be an extra.
